Katia is a passionate Salzedo method teacher, she currently teaches from Fitzroy, Melbourne. She has a valid WCC.
Katia’s aim as a teacher is to cater lessons to student’s areas of interest and see them reach their full creative and technical potential:
To make the harp more accessible and inclusive
To broaden students’ musical experiences
Expose students to performance and different genres of harp playing
Involve them in ensemble settings
Train their aural perception
Develop their musical theory knowledge
